You can find the load order by using the program Nexus Mod Manager (NMM), I DON'T HAVE ANY OWNERSHIP TO NEXUS MOD MANAGER OR ITS CONTENTS. To find out the proper number to enter for the for the first two zeros in a DLC item for example XX00300f, the twos Xs would are the zeros, you must know what DLC the item is from and what that DLC's load order is.
